Where we deliver

All over Pakistan. Every order is sent Cash on Delivery, so you pay the rider or the courier when your parcel reaches you.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on every order above PKR 500. Nothing extra is added at checkout.

How long it takes

• We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of confirming your order on WhatsApp.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
• During wedding season and on public holidays, courier services can run a day or two slower.

In Karachi: check before you pay

Inside Karachi we deliver with our own rider, and you can open the parcel and look at every piece before you hand over a single rupee. If it is not what you expected, hand it back and pay nothing.

Earrings can be looked at but not tried on, for hygiene reasons.

Outside Karachi

Orders go by courier on Cash on Delivery. You pay the courier at your door. The parcel cannot be opened before payment, so please check the photos and the colour name on the product page carefully before ordering, and message us if you are unsure about anything.

If something is wrong with your parcel

If a piece arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong design or colour, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of charge. See Returns & Replacements for the full details.
