Before you order

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, all over Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Parcels cannot be opened before payment, so if you are unsure about a colour, message us before ordering and we will send extra photos or a video of the exact piece.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Usually 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan, dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirming your order. Delivery is PKR 199, and free on every order above PKR 3,000. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a video, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, delivery covered both ways. We do not take back jewellery that arrived in perfect condition and simply was not wanted. See Returns & Replacements.

What is the jewellery made of?

Artificial jewellery: a brass or alloy base with a gold, antique brown or silver polish, set with zircon and crystal stones and, on some designs, pearls. It is not real gold, and it is not priced like real gold.

How do I keep my jewellery shining?

Perfume first, jewellery last. Keep it away from water and sweat, wipe it with a soft dry cloth after every function and store it in its box. Full guide on our Jewellery Care page.
